The Trademark application for HoloBeam is 2016 while the Domain is of 2008, which makes the domain stick high in udpr in case the situation arise. However, if someone else buys this domain now from the seller. Than officially is becomes a weak case as the new Buyer would own this domain post the Trademark filed date.

So great for the present buyer & A good name.

Will not be suprised to see apps created for lots of the big keywords by Microsoft.

Obviously they are creating Window Holographic so they will allow web based companies to create content, but will .com's devalue in the instances where microsoft have created an app based on that specific keyword?

This is my only slight concern with how the term "holo" is being branded by Microsoft. They are happy to brand their apps with the term "holo" but they describe the tech and content as "mixed reality".

Maybe I am looking at it the wrong way, could it be Microsoft using a "Holo + Keyword" increases the price of the .com instead?

So, I feel the Holo + Keyword would really be the prime ones for Development & hardware. However, for softwares & app, it could be both MR & Holo.

Obviously great news that the hololens is available to pre order in these countries, but confirms my worry about Microsoft classing themselves "mixed reality".
