I have recently read that the drone industry is trying to change the word "drone" to something different.

The word "drone" has a very bad rep. for obvious reasons.

What do you think will happen with the word "drone" and drone domain names?

Looks like bees are becoming less and less capable of pollinating, which is affecting global food production. Too bad RoboBee is taken.

aye aye, i won't comment further anymore then if data can't even be interpreted correctly (hint: services & applications for commercial market, trends for consumer markets plus too short timeframe since introduction of uas/uav/drones) here.. go about on your drone domains while i close my deal with Aerialtronics in the coming months and exit the domaining business on a nice 7 figure pillow.. enjoy folks

MediDrone is solid, it works for .org too. Not sure if there will be a large market for them but I'm holding these .org names:

The only .org sale I could find was Quadrone.org for $1807 back in Jan '11.

Yeah, I agree its a solid name, the only downside (currently) is the dotnet extension, but for handreg fee I cant complain and hopefully it still has some value Big fan of the dotorg though, I think it works well.
