discuss Discuss and Showcase Drone Domain Names

I have recently read that the drone industry is trying to change the word "drone" to something different.

The word "drone" has a very bad rep. for obvious reasons.

What do you think will happen with the word "drone" and drone domain names?

Feel free to showcase your drone domain names on this thread.

Interesting new product that stops drones 400m away

https://www.rt.com/usa/318703-us-drone-neutralizer-gun/

Makers say that the model, which looks like a gun with an antenna, instead of a barrel, weighs less than 5 kg, can be switched on in less than one 10th of a second, and can operate for five hours straight without a recharge.

To work it, the shooter simply sees the drone, and catches it in its scope, before pressing a trigger.

โ€œThe system works by disrupting radio control frequencies between the drone and the pilot. It basically makes the drone think that itโ€™s gone out of range. The drone enters into its safety protocols which include one of three options. Itโ€™ll either hover in position until the pilot can regain control link, it lands so the pilot can recover it physically, or it returns to its point of origin,โ€ Stamm told Motherboard.

A "Second Snowden" -- The Intercept has obtained a cache of secret documents detailing the inner workings of the U.S. militaryโ€™s assassination program in Afghanistan, Yemen, and Somalia.
Interesting info, thanks for posting. Couldn't bring myself to push the like button on that, though. I read FB is trailling a set of emoji button alternatives to the like button.

Reported sale on namebio today - not mine

dronesalabama.com 505 USD 2015-10-15 Flippa

A while ago we saw someone register around 500 geodrone names in one day.

Sold drones+keyword for $500 last three weeks, though cant mention name.
Domain was barely 3months.
It was an outbound sale.
Could have gotten more if i waited but i'd renewals on me.

Glad to see any action in drone sales. I haven't received an offer in months.

There wasn't action on my end too before i reached out to some possible endusers in the niche; Though i've to say that, most times its counterproductive as it brings down the value of the domain.
But what do i have to lose when i have renewals staring at me and i still made about 480% profit.

If Drones Used in Portuguese is worth $4k, then English version Used Drones in dot com must be worth a hell of lot more ;)

A "Second Snowden" -- The Intercept has obtained a cache of secret documents detailing the inner workings of the U.S. militaryโ€™s assassination program in Afghanistan, Yemen, and Somalia.

With 65% of folks in the U.S. supporting "Obama's drone war", its possible -though I think its a long shot, these reports could change that... and have some negative consumer market impacts. On the other hand, the reports will likely increase global military market demand.
