yea exactly. nice trick they use to force people to use their landers. if u had it on dan or bodis lander or other cheap ones it would sell too
that's how they make their cash...cause most people do not realize that they know that by forcing u to their lander u will never question or say...damn I could have sold it for less fee on my own lander.
seriously... 700 out of 2700...that's an insult .. I couldn't sleep at nite if company did this to me. I already take sleeping pills when gd takes 20%
Submitting unregistered domains is a way to eliminate risks completely on your side. If you're a creative kind of domainer and has limited resources or willingness to take risks, it is a great way to make sales anyway.
If we assume that "unregistered" names have the same STR on SH as "registered" names (let's say, 3%), and let's say, you have 100 domains, you can sell 3 domains and make $2000 per year without spending a dime. On the other hand, if you own 100 domains on SH, and you sell 3 domains and make $6000 per year, the costs can be huge: you need to register at least a few hundred domains in order to have 100 domains on SH ($3000 reg fee), then renew the 100 domains ($800). Of course, you can sell the domains SH doesn't accept anywhere else (even on other brandable marketplaces) but maybe not for such a high price.
I totally understand what you're saying, but I think it's not a bad idea to submit those unregistered names to SH that you don't trust enough. I don't say it's free money (as you need to work a lot on inventing available domain names), but it's a great (and free) way to give a chance to domains that are the "second-class" by-products of your domain research.
Sold $2699. I get $674.
Alhamdullahi. Thanks to Allah. First sale on SH.
SH registered.
SH portfolio size: around 55 [Creative+SH owned]
Handreg coined out of the blue:
AUVERO/king
Sold $2699. I get $674.
Hold: 7 months.
Now a developed techy site within few days of purchase.
Also want to thank Rob of Epik; he's being a good guy.
what!!!!??? 674 out of $2699
lol I just wrote it
it was moved
word is sh has clever terms of service where they will buy yer clever domain idea for whopping regfee... then post it for sale and give ya 700 if it sells and take 2000... clever indeed maybe I should open such a market
Still fair if he did not spend a dime on registration.
More than a decade a ago I shared an idea "eminame.com" I think it was here on NP. Somebody reged it right away. I did not get anything lol. Domain still up.
That's actually a good idea, hey everyone, please send me a DM with your invented unregistered domains, if I like any of it and get sold I'll pay 25% of the sale price But seriously, I think there are lots of people on Namepros who would like this.I'd call it clever more than fair
it's like posting np thread that says pm me yer best domain reg ideas... if I like it i will reg it then if it sells I pay u 25% and take the rest ..
how u think people will look at u if u post it?
Hmm, and you took dollars instead of BTC..
this is offtopic but for God's sake people can u all just stop talking as if u know which way btc ever did or ever will go...u do not know ..u never did know and u will never know...and u have zero control over its value .. never buy btc unless u were on yer way to a casino with that money anyway
it made countless more people poorer than it did richer ... plz show some respect and not give bad advice to buy btc... it kills and ruins peoples lives. it's a very real killer
either way the damn thing is no more than ai algorithm designed to grab peoples last wealth... and so far it's worked flawlessly at that overall. it is perfect but in a very dark way.
You are right. Its off topic. My bad.
Wait and let the buyer send money to Dan before you claim that it has sold....lot of offer on Dan after buyer make offer..they will refuse to send money to Dan...this is too common on the platform...why?Just sold HandPrint(.)io for $1,200, registered it less than 24hrs ago.
Payment made in full, $750 offer, countered $1200.
If only they were all this easy.

If you mind I'd like to ask why did you register this name? .VC. I'm unprepared registering even in familiar extensions. Why this? Thanks.Just sold D9(.)vc for $800 on Epik.
Got a $500 offer this morning, I emailed him my counter of $800, replied right away that he could do that, 2 mins later I already had the funds in my Masterbucks Acct. Epik is lightning fast! @Rob Monster

Just learned it means Venture Capitals. But in such cases, does Outbound work better?well let's start from beginning do u know what this abbreviation means.. it's a good abbreviation.. xyz or tons others have no meaning per se..while vc means something popular...used by many..
