domain Digestif ORG - $500 Offer - Take or not?

Hi Guys,

have contacted around 50 endusers and got 2 replies and one of them offered me $500 for the Domain alone, then I explained it is a website receiving around 600 Visitors a month, ranked 4rd in google for "Digestif" and I wrote a huge sales pitch with all data's of the last month, potential uses for their company (a well known company), I went thru a lot of trouble gathering all this data etc and giving them a nice and realistic BIN of $950, and this morning I got this dry response:

Hi Toni
Our best offer on this site would be $500.

Obviously I see they won't be going any higher, am just a little annoyed and probably I see myself shouldering any upcoming fees...

What you think? should I sell for $500? It makes me around $13 a month with Adsense, with no tweaking done yet...

Hmm... tough one. I'd personally prefer to hold on to it and maybe tweak it some. If its making $13 a month without much work then maybe you can improve that easily to $25 + and keep it as a steady income generator until someone makes a better offer?

On the other hand, $500 for the domain alone is a good offer imo.

IMO you should take the money and maybe reinvest it in another project. $500 for the domain (without website) isn't a bad offer at all...

Agreed, $500 is a very solid offer for this when the site is making $13 per month, your gamble is though can you make it perform better?

yes I will take a few days before replying and try to squeeze out more revenue and maybe try to call some competitors...

I feel like selling, $500 is too high to ignore but also too low to right away jump at the offer...

Btw the sales price includes of course the website-content...

$500 for Digestif.org is a good price, not saying that it is the best value for that domain, try looking for another buyer if you can't get one buyer higher that $500 then go for it.
