Difference between GD Premium and Afternic listing?

Hello all,

I have all my names listed with GoDaddy Premium. Recently I was approached by someone at Afternic who suggested I'd be better off listing all my names with the Afternic Premium Network. In this way I will get add'l reach across Afternic partners plus retain my GD Premium reach. Is this true? Are there any downsides to making this switch?

To me they are about the same these days. Although there might be some additional outlets if you choose Afternic over GoDaddy. Heck. Even the honchos at GoDaddy recommended that I should switch my listings to Afternic. They will still be listed on GoDaddy as well. Their terms are identical as far as I can tell. Although I hear payment at Afternic is slower. But for me. I'm usually paid with 1 or 2 working days after I've transferred the domain. So it doesn't get much faster than that. And. For me at least. This is generally faster than GoDaddy pays me.
