question Did this happen to anyone in Sedo?

my account on sedo was closed i messaged their support and they said its because of the security check and they required me to send my id and utility bill ...i sent these documents but they said they want documents in english language... my documents are in arabic language because i live in egypt

did this happen to any one?

i see so many members have accounts on sedo so i just want to know if sedo requires every one to send the personal documents or just me only?
