Design Specialist wanted to fix one Google Chrome bug

My website is displaying correctly in firefox and IE. But when I view it in chrome, the design for 2 of my news articles aren't aligned at top like it should. There is a big empty space. It uses div and tables. I need you to fix this so it views correctly in Google chrome.

Quick fix for $10. Paypal. The website file uses php and html.
