I'm in need of a little help, won’t take long

I have my website setup and design done, It looks fine and everything in Firefox, however in IE it doesn’t work properly, you can view the problem by visiting www.gaming-solutions.com in Firefox and IE,


Anyone knows how to fix? if so please contact me on msn or pm me ASAP please, I need to get this fixed as soon as possible, will pay the person who can fix $10, as is a simple quick job to fix hopefully
