This contest is for www.CarAbuse.com. We are going to upload monthly funny "Car Abuse" videos (sorta like a Jackass but with cars)

We are looking for a good professional logo something that is eye catching and easy to remember.

Logo needs to say Car Abuse or CarAbuse.com in it.

Be creative, we would like to see something related to the topic, car parts, explosions, etc... anything..

TrafficSecret, get over yourself; I had no intentions whatsoever on submitting an entry to this contest. What gave you that inkling? :lol: I was merely looking out for the other designers that do. The rule is also there for your sake. If you know that you are going to hold the same contest simultaneously on other forums, know the rules. And like another member mentioned above, NP requires you to pick a winner here. So, say you find a winner on another forum that you are also hosting the contest at and none of the designs here on NP meet or exceeds your satisfaction, well too bad because NP rules (you'd still have to come out of pocket $100). Unless you could careless about your rep as a CH or member here on NP then that's a different story. However, looks like that was your intent after all, otherwise you wouldn't have sent me profane PMs.

Oh, and sending profane PMs will not solve anything.

Also all designs submitted must be posted on the thread and not sent to your email. So you may want to remove that option, since that's not an option here at NP. That's in the rules also in the link above.

Like I said, I don't know whatever gave you the impression I was going to enter your contest. I didn't imply it. As a matter of fact, I said "Well all the best with your contest." That should have been enough to let you know I wasn't entering. Otherwise, I would have said I was going to. Your statements are rather immature.

If you can't SIMPLY abide by the rules here what makes you think anyone should NOW trust that you will pay them IF they win? Because you have 28 trader feedback rating?! Looks to me you're one of those good people who's going sour. One of those people you have to beware of. Most CHs that make this error would simply modify their initial post to be in agreement with the rules. But not you. Naw that's too difficult for you to do. You don't care even after being informed that you're violating the rules. You have shown in your behavior, actions and statement to have no respect for the mods here nor designers. As a matter of fact, you stated "If people dont like it then screw NamePros." And you have shown just how immature you can be over nothing. Just adjust your first post to be in alignment with the rules. It's really just THAT SIMPLE!

I'm not sure how many people will submit designs after seeing your ridiculous behavior but just fix it. There have been some great contests on here that ran for 10 days. Don't ever make the mistake again by underestimating the designers here. You'll only hurt yourself in the long run.

I've decided not to enter this contest. 2 months is too long, and you'll get no entries till there's around 10 days left anyway.

dzynd4u is right aswell. Stick to the rules and then there can be no complaints can there. Also this is a forum community, and dzynd4u has gained my repect so I will agree with him, also because it's the right thing to do.

Sorry. I may post what I would have done had this contest adhered to the rules, unless they change in which case what I post should be considered an entry.
