Ok, so I own www.DemandDesigns.com. It is an established domaining/web design blog with a great theme. It comes with everything you see (including domain :p)

Just the domain name by itself has been priced at an average of High $xx. The highest appraisal was low $x,xxx. Now I doubt that is how much it is worth, but my bin is perfectly reasonable.

Just to pitch some more in, I will provide you with 6 months of great hosting, including 100k bandwidth, 60k diskspace, unlimited cpanel 11 features.

This website again is expertly designed and comes with a sitemap generator. It has everything set up to be successfull and I recently highly optimized it with top notch keywords as well as a great title and description.

I haven't seen anything similar to it being used, plus I edited and moved around a bunch of categories and links... so I would count that as unique, but you make your own judgement...

The design is semi-unique. I bought the template, but there was a bunch of cutomization involved (like moving around categories, RSS feed position, favicon, logo, etc...)
