domain DemandDesigns.com - Please Appraise - Giving NP$

Ok, so I have DemandDesigns.com

I currently have a web design blog on LiveEditions.com and I plan on redirecting it to DemandDesigns.com. (On LiveEditions.com I get about 800 uniques monthly)

I plan on making a web design blog on DemandDesigns.com, and in 1-2 years opening a designing company on it.

The theme I have bought goes really well, and I think, can't get better. The site is currently under construction, but lets say in 1 month or so, assuming I have everything up along with 300 uniques per month, how much you think the domain will be worth?

I like this one. Definitely brandable and the alliteration really catches my attention.

Although Web Design is a hot topic, with a fair amount of competition so might need some time to achieve top rankings but with work put in i could see a PR4 or 5 site over time.

With the current traffic you inticated i would say definitely high xxx to low x'xxx

With more development easily reaching low xx'xxx

The domain really attracts you, sounds very credible, and high end design company. If you can put quality into the work you do, you will have a really successful company with that domain. I know designers who are making $xxx,xxx working for corp client, if you are entering the field the business aspect of the domain is worth more than the raw value in the name.

Yeah, the name is catchy I like it - It's a difficult market to establish yourself in so Good Luck but those 800 UV can easily be increased with the right branding.

Im glad you have devloped and not parked your names - I believe that devlopment is the way forward and more of us should do it.

I havent yet but Im still teaching myself on developing and looking for someone I can trust to partner on developing projects.
