Does anyone know if there is a time limit after deleting a domain from Sedo that you'd still have to pay a fee if you sell the domain?

How will a domain sell if deleted from your acct?

Just add the domain back into acct if u want to sell it but if u r trying to avoid fees u r outta luck!

What do you means by "trying to avoid fees"? does sedo impose a fee if we sell our domain outside the marketplace?

I meant selling it elsewhere. It wouldn't surprise me if they have something in their terms and conditions that you still owe them a commission if the domain is sold within 30 days or something (to stop people trying to avoid fees).

I'm not trying to avoid fees at all, I haven't received any offers through Sedo but my domain was listed there and now I want to sell it elsewhere.

When you delete the name it's immediately removed from their system. So, once it's deleted it won't be able to get sold through your account anymore.

How do you get a domain deleted that you purchased and didn't list yourself? Seems to be impossible..

I did a sale recently here in namePros and used Sedo external escrow/transfer service.

I removed the domain from Sedo, and initiated escrow the next day. Only charged escrow fee and not sales commission fee.

Thanks, that's what I was hoping to do (use their escrow service after removing it from their marketplace and selling elsewhere) which is why I was asking. I have also confirmed with them via email just then.

So this question is resolved, thanks everyone.
