It appears if you made a website out of your domain and you want to list it on Sedo, you need to delete your domain first and then add that project as website.
But the trick is deleting your domain you also delete the previous offers history. For example I have 5 offers for row.net on Sedo. There will be 0 offers if I add row.net as a website there.
