Basically the owner( I am brokering this domain ), didn't have time for it anymore. He developed the layout, etc. Recently about 3 months ago is when he put that template together. He gets about 200 uniques a day. The domain name is much good enough to sell for at least 5k. I mean if you have anything near that we can work something out.
