I've not utilized dropcatching services with any seriousness previously, but I'd like to know (specifically from the NP vets) which dropcatch service(s) do you use for your endeavors?

Specifically interested in services which have higher success rates in your experience.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.

The most valuable extension is .COM, the most agents that dropcatch.com have. So it is the good choice for .COM.

The same can be said.

What extensions are you interested in? There should be related service for certain extension.

For us, we are professional on dropcatch many extentions: .AI .ST .VC .ML .

I haven’t really gone deep with dropcatching services before either, but from what the OG domainers say, DropCatch.com’s where it’s at - especially if you’re chasing hot .coms. They’ve got a massive registrar network, so their success rate is pretty solid. I’m honestly thinking of leaning more on them myself just ‘cause they seem to deliver pretty consistently.

That said, a lot of folks suggest not putting all your eggs in one basket. Pairing DropCatch with NameJet (which is great for those pre-release names) and SnapNames can really up your odds. If you’re trying to keep costs down, Sav.com and Dynadot sometimes pull off decent catches too. Just a heads-up though - with DropCatch, if more than one person’s eyeing the same name, it goes to auction real quick… and that price can climb fast.
