Dan.com - not working here

hi

got a few bugs with dan.com since 1 month. could not repeat bids, no messages to bidders via desktop, smartphone works. i sent a few requests, no answer. also cant view my profiles page. when clicking on it "this site not existing"
all via desktop, anybody same problems?
i am wondering why support is not answering.....

Some antiviruses block ability to click send message or decline/counter offer buttons.

Have you tried a different desktop browser or updating your current one?

also tried explorer, but it seems to be a bug there while the site right on top is not shown as usual.

I did not seeing any bid option also ,just saw make offer option.
