Putting up my very customized forum:

http://www.forumdog.com/ is the main site with a WordPress front end.
The forum itself is a heavily modified VB forum set up for webmasters specifically aimed at forum software. You could change the titles and make it anything you want though.
The VB license is absolutely not included, you will need to purchase your own.
The forum has been around for a couple years, but since I stopped promoting it long ago, it gets little traffic.
