Hi there. :tea:

Up for sale is Webmasters Talk, an established PR3 webmaster discussion forum powered by vBulletin.

The forum has 106 members and over 1,000 posts. I have not tried promoting this forum at all and more than 70% of the members came from direct type-ins of the domain name. Some came from Google.

The forum has a unique, custom skin with custom smileys. I've pretty much optimized the site recently for search engines so I'm going to expect the PageRank to increase on the next update.

vB license is not included with this sale. The domain name is registered at NameCheap - free push to your NameCheap account.

I am looking for a mere $300 for this website - I put more than $500 into it, let my loss be your gain.

Added moments later..
I forgot to mention that over 6 months of hosting is included with this sale as I bought it prepaid from ThePrimeHost.com so yep, that's a bonus. :)

Hello. This is not an auction, this sale is offer-based. The highest offer I received so far is $200. I am looking for a mere $300 for an instant sale. Hosting again is included until April 27, 2007.

Stats can be found by following this link.

It's made about a dollar so far with Adsense so far this month and it shares ad revenue and only displays 30% of the time. It was making over $3 per month last month when the ad sharing hack wasn't installed.
