Okay, this website is for offers and the only reason I am selling this right now is because I have a lot of projects I'm doing. This website is a good domain name and I believe I should be able to get at least $50 for it. If I can get some willing to pay $50 I'll sell, otherwise I'll just keep it and develop it after my other projects are done.
