Anyone play Counter-strike?

Just curious if any of you guys or chicks played Counter-Strike or any other Steam games for that matter. I have my own servers and would love to play with you guys or even scrim.

Hmmm I played for about a year, got really good. Then I tried a cheat and I got caught...It made me play worse and I didn't see the fun in it at all. What's the point in having all these cheats for all these games ?? GRRRR

I Play CS:S a lot

But unfortunately my ping is damn high (500ms) so i get kicked out from most servers

I play Counter strike 1.6 not Soruce beacuse you die to god dam easily. now if you get tired for play the game you can download other mods for hal-life and try them out. I like sven co-op.

i dont play cs. Ive never liked to look of the game and the gameplay is too.. unrealistic for me. I like to play americas army.

same exact thing here, it looks like lag but its not my ping. Its the fps.

I'm using an nVidia GeForce FX5200 and it's not bad but it doesn't quite do it well enough for me. I average about 25-30 FPS which decreases to about 10-15 in firefights Except from on cs_militia ... I only get about 10 FPS wherever I am on that map :lol:

Anyway, I can play well enough with it, but I am considering upgrading to a Radeon 9800XT very soon I can only go for AGP, it's all my motherboard supports and until I get a new computer, it will have to do
