Hello, I recently had an unexpected billing to my checking account and got an over-draw and since I won't have money for another couple weeks I decided to quickly try and sell this website. It uses a header and footer file the software uses written in html code so you can edit the header and footer code of the website with editing one file, that and you can easily add articles by creating an html file in the tutorials directory than making a link to tutorials.php?id=article_name in the tutorials page. This will load the html article and automaticaly put in all formatting for the page. Here is the auction information-

1. URL- www.csscentral.com
2. Aproximate Domain Value (with no website)- Mid $xx to high $xx
3. BIN- $60 though I will accept any offer I recieve I believe is worth while
4. Ending Date- 1/19/2006 9:00 PM Pacific Time (looking for a quick sale)

This is a very good domain name in my opinion and many others and could be either developed into a cascading style sheets or counter-strike website easily or you could easily turn the website that's already there into a great css resource website. :)

lol, yeah, I know it's ironic, I don't know too much about style sheets, I just want to get rid of it. $15? HH Domains offered $20, I'll see how high it goes, looking for a quick sale but need a bit more than that.

I haven't recieved a PM, hm... Also I have yet to see a notification that this topic was replied to. idk. Anyhow, back on topic. :) I think the domain is worth more than $15 though because it's easy to remember and very marketable, that and I've had it appraised for more. If I have any other good domains I'll post them though.

Any more offers? Current highest bid- $20

The website is brand new so no traffic except for maybe 4 a day (the domain name was apparently owned by a previouse company) and there is also www.csscentral.info that probably has some visitors mis-typing the URL, and about the articles, the only requirement is that I include the author information, the article and original title and author.

Current highest bid- $30
I don't remember ever turning off my PMs, perhaps they are turned off for some reason. :(

There is an option to enable Private Messaging by going into the User Control Panel -> Edit Options -> Enable Private Messaging.

I also can't seem to see the site at the moment is it down? - Its ok now

Do people submit articles or have you got them from other sites?

Can you please answer the above questions.

Also if the domain is only a few days old can it be transferred? Who is it registered with and can you give a free push?

Do a little research and you will know.
The domain was dropped a week ago so it is a new registration. The registrar is Godaddy. Check their transfer rules or just set up an account with them if you want the domain pushed.

I will bid $40 on the condition that you can push the domain to another goDaddy account despite having a registrar lock on it currently - this is not clear on the goDaddy website.

The registrar lock is controlled by the domain owner.
All he has to do is unlock it to push the domain.

Thanks for your advice HHDomains. Sorry if this is off topic, however the GoDaddy web site says "ICANN regulations prohibit transferring a domain name that has been registered or previously transferred within the last 60 days" (see https://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/faq/faq.asp?se=+&app_hdr=&ci=2924&faq_id=32&topic_id=3&topic=Domains).

I am unclear if this applies to transferring between GoDaddy accounts - I just wanted confirmation from the seller of this site.

A transfer only refers to domains transferred to a user outside of the registrar.
A push is an inter-registrar transaction, so even if a domain is newly registered it can still be pushed from within.

Okay, to transfer a domain what I do is have it send you a transfer completion email, what that does is you than check it and complete the transfer steps it gives you. You don't even need a GoDaddy.com account at first but you can have it put into your account. Also, there is no problem with pushing it to you.

Oh, and I found the articles and put them up. Sorry about not answering that earlier.

:) Two hours left of the auction, current highest bid- $40, any more bids?
