CSS Launch has been running successfully for a while now, but it needs a new owner because I need funds for another project.

CSS showcase sites are big money-makers... StyleGala sold two years ago for $60K and CSSVault sold last year for over $100K.

Traffic stats are well rounded and the site is a no-brainer. It will take you a maximum of 2 hours per week maintaining the site (posting new links, sites, etc). It runs on the WordPress platform, so it incredibly easy to work with.
