I have owned the domain for 2 years.
Its no big risk.

36 months multiple seems to be industry standard so im not asking for an unrealistic price.

You reached out to me not the other way around.

I would put this at around 1.5x-1.75 you will sell it at that. Now if it was a mis-typo of insurance, mortgage, travel, dating, healthcare, or hosting then your talking 3-5x annual revenue. Instead of getting mad at me you should be asking me to pass this offer on to anyone I know that may want it.
