I'd like to know by your expierence when a domain is worth to buy on the basis of
- CPC
- Average monthly searches
- Competion High, Medium, Low

and what are other useful parameters

CPC: 1.85

Avg Mo Searches: 1,700

Competition: Medium

Never buy domains just based on the metrics. They don't guarantee that the domain will get traffic or that traffic will convert well. It's just an indication of keyword popularity.
Also the domain has to make sense, have some brandability. The extension matters too. Valuation won't be the same for .com or .tk.
