.mobi Counter offer or auction LLL.mobi?

I just got a lowball $200 offer at sedo for XTR.mobi. What should I do? I am not in a hurry to sell but will sell gladly at a good price, should I counter? How much? I don't want to go to auction because the reserve will only be $200.

IMO counter offer at $500, if it gets accepted you've got a good deal!

XTR = Extra. Worth more than $500 IMHO, but what do I know. It has meaning in my eyes, anyway.

Unless you really need the money, there seems no reason to sell LLL.mobis now. It always is a risk walking away from a sale, the market could fizzle tomorrow, but the growth in LLL.mobis seems to have a lot behind it and you could kick yourself for selling in a few months/years. At least consider holding on to it.

XTR for me says "extreme" which is a mTLD premium name. XTR.com is an extreme music site. XTR is also used in 17 US TM's covering a variety of goods and services. Good LLL.mobi IMO and should price in the 500-1000 range now and easily low $xxxx in a year or two. Counter at $1,000 and send to auction if you get a $500 reply. Otherwise wait for a better offer. If you need the money now, it should easily fetch $350 IMO.
