Costs for a site like this...

Greetings, what would it cost to create a site like this http://www.fxguide.com/index.php

I would need the ability to have members only areas, add content, video, images, ad banners and a forum. I was going to just use joomla but would love to see what kind of prices i could get here.

From the way it looks, it's a highly customized vBulletin install.
Look at the footer throughout the pages:

There are quite some vB specialists on NP, i'm not sure about the costs though.
