Best portal script for my site?

what would be the best portal script that would help me bring my website back from the ancient times? [ www.talentbox.com ]

I've been looking at joomla, mambo, ocportal, and skyportal. I want my members to be able to create myspace-like pages with video support, I need a huge link directory with thumbnail-size images, classifieds, forums and articles., as well as google adsense support.
Any suggestions?

I may hire someone here to do this for me if you guys are resonable

joomla is a nice CMS but it does not allow your members to create their pages.
There are a few myspace clone scripts that are floating around the net. I don't know how good they are. But you can certainly google it and find plenty of such scripts.
