How would you approach a potential end-user? Any ideal templates of how an email should look like?

i.e. make it short vs. make it thorough.
basic information vs. detailed information
etc....

There's not a one-size-fits-all approach with regard to endusers. It really depends on who you are contacting!

Are you talking to a CEO? An IT person? You'll have to discuss it in a different way depending on who you are speaking with.
