Try to find out who is in charge of outreach/development or the assistant of that person. If you cannot locate them, then you can at least request that the message be forwarded to the correct person or group.
Depending on the type of business the company is involved in the purchasing manager is usually in charge of purchasing specific products used in their applications or systems. It all depends on what the company does.
Its not the same with every company. Depends on what employee levels they have, and which group handles the purchasing and sales of online stuff. IT guys don't usually deal about domains etc. its the marketing department or else the sales/purchase executives who handle these all deals.
If there is confusion about the employees, you better forward the content to the company stating that it concerns to the department of sales.
