Contacting a Big company

when wanting to contact end user which is a really big company in a $xx,xxx deal , who is the person u want to speak with ? the IT guy ? the ceo itself ? Marketing department ?

Try to find out who is in charge of outreach/development or the assistant of that person. If you cannot locate them, then you can at least request that the message be forwarded to the correct person or group.

Depending on the type of business the company is involved in the purchasing manager is usually in charge of purchasing specific products used in their applications or systems. It all depends on what the company does.

I think big companies have marketing departments, I would probably try that one. My second choice would be the IT department.

Personally the IT guy isn't such a good option. Most of them seems to think that domain value and brand are just worth reg fee

Its not the same with every company. Depends on what employee levels they have, and which group handles the purchasing and sales of online stuff. IT guys don't usually deal about domains etc. its the marketing department or else the sales/purchase executives who handle these all deals.

If there is confusion about the employees, you better forward the content to the company stating that it concerns to the department of sales.

Try to get contact to a specific person in the department you want to contact. Sending an e-mail to [email protected] will often not result in anything. Rather try to contact [email protected]
