have you some of you guys experience this?

I am renewing my names and one of them have this message there:

Contact Customer Support to Renew this Name !

it scared me a lot !

I hope they are not playing some games with me like to wait until it will drop or to rise the premium fee.

so I have sent them the Ticket.but I am not sure about it .

do you have any advice on this situation?

Why? why should I contact you when I need to renew it for the premium 100 usd !
It is VERY stange and this is watching all the namepros and DNF community ,I must notice you.
so I hope there will be no problem with my reneval and the answer will come soon as It would be a big problem for all to obstacle my renewal.

NO need to worry I just renewed Binaries.tv $100 premium. Their system cannot process it, you call or turn it to auto renew and make sure you put the 3 digit code on the back of the credit card and you will be fine.

Don't worry. This is something that happened to many .tv domainers on here.

Actually, this problem happens at eNom with the renewal of .tv premium names when you haven't put them on "Auto-Renew".

For some reason, you can't renew .tv premiums manually online.

So you have two solutions :
1) either you contact their customer support
2) or you put your .tv premiums on "Auto Renew" and the renewal will be done automatically.

This problem has already been reported on NP in the past, I'm not sure why eNom is unable to process .tv premium renewals online. But that's the way it is.

It doesn't bother me anymore. I've just put all my .tv premiums on "Auto Renew" and it's all working just fine. :)

there could be one problem as now the money are there but in 3 weeks could be gone so I would prefere to do it sooner than in the just before expiration ,

anyway thanks for advice I will choose to renew it asap with the help of customer support.
