This must go to enom !

Customer support the worst ever,i cannot renew a domain through the domain control panel and cannot renew it over the phone,what a bunch of jokers ! with 2 days left for expiry,they then tell me upto 48hrs for a response on the problem !the biggest bunch of jokers i have ever known.

The domain in question is a premium domain at $500 er year,maybe they want to keep if for themselves !

True conmen you have been warned !

Whoever has domains with enom must be nuts !

As a premium domain registrant, one deserves good service to say the least. Keep us posted on the outcome.

getting upset in a forum can backfire, try calling them again and explain it rationaly. alot of people are in the same boat. the enom service has been some of the best ive seen in the industry. i still have some gripes but they have fixed 95% of my problems with the transfer. i was getting emails christmas day from them!

count to ten and try them again. i am sure they dont want to "take" your domain :imho:

Relax, usually there is a grace period after xp and no one will be able to reg it since they are not reging premiums right now.

SearchingTV is right, there is indeed a grace period.
Two of my domains have just expired (on purpose as these where terrible regs ) and they are still in the grace period and I can still renew them without penalty. I am not 100% sure if the same thing goes with premium names, but I am quite confident it indeed is the same.

Is there any update on this yet? The fact the renewal prices we have locked in on .TV Premiums are not shown in the control panel and the fact you can't do something as simple as renew a domain from the control panel *really* bothers me.
I'm afraid to set the names to auto-renew without the renewal prices right next to the domain, like it used to be.
