I've been contemplating whether either of these might be considered different enough, to;
a) avoid infringing on another domain owner who happens to possess the other SLD version (mainly developed sites). And...
b) if I were to gain both versions, if these might best be listed together. Considerations including; what if one version happens to sell and the other doesn't -- could a seller be obliged to that same and only buyer again, and ; the fairness question, which asks whether to list them both at the same time and not the counterpart months or years later sometime down the line after one transacts.
