Conflict with the rights...

Hello

Please help. I am trying to park domains at Sedo and get this message when trying to add one: "........potential conflict with the rights of a third party". I spoke in live chat and was told by the advisor he would have to pass to their legal team. That was two, maybe three days ago, I've heard nothing so went into live chat again today and was told I can now list it but still getting same message when I try.

I'm sure how long I have to wait for an answer or even what the problem is with the name. Can I list it somewhere else? Or do I have to wait on them to answer?

Absolute beginner here so I pretty much know nothing at this point.

Yeah, the conflict of rights holds a much broader meaning than a simple trademark infringe. But as I check your domain I believe the "pix" part is where you have an issue. There is a very hefty tool to make checks:

Put your domain name there and you will see a lot of results concerning the term Pix. Plus, as far as I know and read the SEDO Terms their decision in such cases is most often final so no reason to pursue it further.
