Do you guys know of any tools that will analyze exactly how competitive a keyword is?

This is pivotal for mini-site developers looking to index easily for uncompetitive keywords with their keyword.com domains.

not sure if one tool alone will give you what you want, I think a combination of tools is required and there are thousands of them out there.

I personally like g00gle insights for search and adwords.
But if you want to spread further than g00gle, you could look at MikesMarketingTools. There are a few free apps and plenty of trial apps on there. Hope it helps.
