.mobi COMPARE - OVT extensions on the MOBI/COM counterpart... surprising!

I'm going through my list of 172 MOBI names and checking out the # of incidences of the name.com on OVT.

So for instance...

One of my names - dearborn.mobi has 765 incidences of dearborn.com for the OVT + extension.

I'm surprised at the names that have the highest # of returns.

What are your top-5 names in terms of OVT with extension .COM?

Well I used inventory.overture.com which is what I always use. Did it a few times and it came up the same...

i originally found it just by typing in "candygram" and i saw "candygram mail"
so i tried candygram mail a few more times and kept getting the same result.

Even still!

1893363 candygram mail

and im getting 291 for candygram

...when i use EOVT.com ...
311808 candygram mail
240 candygram
48 candygram for mongo
46 candygram idea


Something is definitely not right here!

I did some checking on google and my best guess CandyGram Mail is a bot that was sent out to millions of blogs and made comments or went to sites and signed guestbooks etc... I think there is a name for this but it is late and I cannot remember what the heck it is called. Anyway what ever link you find to do with CandyGram Mail on google takes you to some type of PPC parking page.

Do a google search with quotes and you will see what I mean.
