I'm new in domaining, so I registered this domain name with the intention of marketing it as a merchant site of sorts.

I believe it's brandable so I had a professional logo made to add to its value.

It is an unusual combination of words. If you were going to tell someone what Local Faucet means, how would you describe it ? This would help with an appraisal.

I'd say it means having a place to find merchants near you, hence the local part.. And the security of such a sale is, pun intended, faucet tight or trustworthy.
I believe those combination of words should bolster trust and a sense of closeness.

Sorry, but I think you're stretching the meaning of words to create value out of something that has none. I never equated a faucet with security. In fact, most faucets I have ever had leaked or are unreliable in one way or another or they break too fast. No security there.

The first thing I thought of was a site to buy a locally made or locally sold faucet for my kitchen or bathroom sink. If I need to buy a faucet locally, no need for a website...or a domain name for that matter.

Sorry to say, I don't see any value at all in this one.

Thanks for the honest review, but to be fair I don't intend to market as a faucet purchasing domain, maybe I'm the only one seeing a win here but I believe in its potential. A locale where buyers meets sellers with a trust in its security through escrow services.. LocalFaucet should cater to maybe an upcoming escrow service of some kind.
