I found on the google cache page that LoneCity.com was a forum website before .And it is in chinese language . I translated it . The name of the forum is "moist people" in Vancouver something like that. I think it might be an expat forum before. But now that google cache has been removed so I can't show you the proof.
If you check with DnScoop.com . This domain has about 9,500 pages indexed in yahoo and altavista. It was a huge site before. I will sell it cheap because I do not know how to monetize it .
