Hello NamePros,

We'd like to introduce Binomus (binomus.com) to the NamePros community.

Binomus is a domain registrar offering .com, .net, and .org registrations at $4.49 — no volume caps, no first-year-only pricing. The rate applies to every registration, whether it's your first or your hundredth.

A few things worth noting:

  • The entire platform is custom-built from the ground up. We don't rely on third-party reseller panels, which means faster iteration and full control over the user experience.
  • We're a new platform. Rather than positioning ourselves as a finished product, we're launching with a strong core — domain search, registration, and management — and building outward from there.
  • We're actively looking for feedback. We believe the best way to build a registrar people actually want to use is to listen to the people who use registrars every day.

Our goal is straightforward: make domain registration more accessible without the hidden fees and upsell patterns that have become the industry norm.

If you have questions about pricing, supported TLDs, or how the platform works, we're happy to answer them here.

28/03/2026:
General update: We've activated 1 automated worker for domain registration. It's still not quite as fast as you'd like, but registrations are now processed in an automated registration queue. After initial testing, we'll activate more simultaneous workers to improve speed.

29/03/2026:
We have integrated and activated the WHOIS verification process. You can now verify your WHOIS profile in the dashboard using your contact email address. After this process, the frequently asked question about incorrect WHOIS country will be resolved, and the information you entered will be displayed.

Before I consider signing up, I need clarity.

Who is behind this company?
What is the legal entity name, registration jurisdiction, and how long have you been operating?

You’re offering extremely aggressive pricing (unlimited domains at $4.49), which raises obvious questions. Deals like that don’t come from nowhere — they require serious infrastructure, funding, and a track record.

Right now, I see a new account with little to no feedback. That’s not enough.

Please provide:

  • Full company details (legal entity, registration number, location)
  • Names of founders / operators
  • Proof of operational history (not just a new launch)
  • Details on your infrastructure (DNS, hosting, security, uptime guarantees)
  • How you sustain this pricing model
  • Data handling & privacy policy specifics (what happens to user/domain data)
  • References, partnerships, or known clients
  • Any verifiable reputation outside your own platform
Also, what protections are in place for users if the service shuts down or fails?

I’m not handing over personal information or moving assets to a platform without doing proper due diligence.

If you’re legit, this should be easy to answer.

@Joe drake , appreciate the thorough questions — this is exactly the kind of due diligence we'd expect, and we're happy to answer all of it.

Company details:
Binomus operates under APRYCO LLC, a Delaware-registered software company. The company is founded and operated by Enes Adiguzel. APRYCO LLC also operates other established web infrastructure products.

Operational history:
While Binomus itself is a new product, APRYCO is not a new company. We've been building and operating web infrastructure products with paying clients at scale. We're not new to running production systems — we're new to the registrar space specifically.

Infrastructure:
Our infrastructure runs on Hetzner dedicated servers (EU-based). DNS is handled through self-hosted PowerDNS with dedicated nameservers (a.ns.binomus.com / b.ns.binomus.com). The entire platform — panel, backend, DNS management — is custom-built, giving us full control over reliability and iteration speed. No third-party reseller panels.

Pricing model sustainability:
We keep costs low by running lean: no bloated reseller stack, no expensive white-label licensing fees, minimal overhead. Our margins are thin on registration by design — we're building for volume and long-term retention, not short-term margin extraction.

Payments & data handling:
Payments are processed through Stripe (PCI-compliant). We collect only the data necessary for domain registration (as required by registry operators).

What happens if the service shuts down:
Domains registered through Binomus are registered under ICANN accredited registry operators. Your domains remain yours regardless of our operational status — they can be transferred to any registrar at any time via standard auth-code transfers. We don't lock users in.

Verifiable reputation:
APRYCO LLC has an established track record operating web infrastructure products with enterprise clients. We're happy to share additional verification privately if needed.

Fair questions deserve straight answers. If there's anything else, we're here.

How many domains in .com .net and .org are registered with your firm? thanks

@Optinom, we work with multiple upstream registrar partners to offer the best pricing across TLDs. Spaceship is one of them.

@Joe drake, we launched recently, so the numbers are early-stage. We're not going to pretend otherwise. The infrastructure and registration pipeline are fully operational.

Appreciate you taking the time to answer and being upfront about being new.

I’ll be real with you — I came in with the whole “early bird gets the worm” mindset, but in this space sometimes the early ''WORM'' gets eaten, so I gotta move a little careful.

Nothing personal, just how this game goes. The pricing, the lack of track record in domains, and not really having clear info on the registrar side yet makes it a little hard for me to jump in right now.

I do respect that you’re not pretending to be bigger than you are, that actually counts for something.

If everything’s solid, more transparency over time will speak for itself anyway. For now I’m just gonna watch how things develop and see what kind of feedback comes in.

Wishing you the best with it.

@Joe drake, appreciate the honest back-and-forth. That's exactly the kind of scrutiny that makes this community valuable. We'll let the product do the talking over time.

I really like the minimalist website design and the approach.

Are you ICANN accredited or trying to get it?

And only for registration or transfer too?

@DomainArmer, Thank you! We're not ICANN accredited — we operate as a registrar through accredited registry partners. No plans for direct accreditation at this stage, but it's something we may revisit as we scale.

@Cheetahs, Yes, WHOIS privacy is included free with every domain. The $4.49 rate currently applies to new registrations. Inbound transfers are on our roadmap and coming soon.

Hi there, I’m pretty worried I signed up today and registered and added funds to the account but still an hour after I registered a domain it still shows as pending ??? Check if I can register it elsewhere and YES i can….

I’m worried now that this is a scam?? Why is this happening ? I’m a tech savvy system admin, now an IT director so I do know what I’m doing…

This should obviously be registered instantly??

What is happening ?!

The pricing is great, I purchased several domains, one confirmed but the rest have been pending for a while. Could you also explain why the whois contact shows as an entity in istanbul turkey? I wouldn't question such a trivial thing, but because you are a new service, the answer means a lot.

If you’re planning to take advantage of this deal, consider using a store-bought debit card along with a separate email and nickname for added security. I’ve noticed some questionable activity in these walls, and even people who seem genuine can turn out otherwise. Personally, I’m going to wait until things settle down.

Good luck, and stay safe. Also, if you want a more secure option, Namebrite offers .com domains for around $7.50—worth the extra couple of dollars for peace of mind.

Yea i added just $10 to the account via stipe & click-to-Pay…. also to consider which password we use, (which I know should be common sense) BUT if we use the same for our other domain agents then they may have easy access to these sites if 2factor isn’t isn’t activated.

Things that are not on the site that should be :
- no 2factor
- no way to change password
- you cannot view any current DNS zones
- very basic dns settings access.
- No private who is (as far as I could see)
- Your settings section only shows your default nameservers, that’s it lol.

@SteviePx, We've looked into your case and responded to you directly via email. Please check your inbox. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and we're committed to making it right.

@jasong83, Thank you for your patience. We're actively working to reduce processing times and your pending registrations will be completed shortly.

Regarding the WHOIS contact showing Turkey: this is a default setting issue on our end that we're currently working to resolve. It will be corrected in the near future. Thank you for flagging it — this is exactly the kind of feedback that helps us improve.
