It looks like unlimited registration - I checked my cart with more than 30 domains.

Unfortunately, no. You can add domains one by one to your cart. But can pay for them in one cart. After successful payment it requests to approve whois details for each domains one by one.

You are right their panel is original not LB.
I do not think they are PDR reseller.

I used https://www.hostinger.com/cpanel-login - login with FB or Google, account created w/o issues, just had to confirm my Google email.

Okay, I found out: on the main site click on the Get domain NOW button, then enter the domain name, click on the Check it button, Add to Cart, View Cart & Checkout, CHECKOUT NOW.
