.com EMD with low SV but high CPC

Say you have an EMD .com domain name that is only searchedfor 10 times a month on average but the CPC is £38, what would you ballpark the value of the domain at?

No-one will be able to tell you without knowing the domain. But ask yourself this - If feeding your family depended on it, would you run a business on this name? That's a good place to start determining whether it has any value at all, let alone how much.

Thanks for the responses - sorry I know I was being vague...

The name is Business - Asset - Loans (without the dashes)

See what happens.
Or find companies you can be an affiliate for that are in the business asset loans.

Do not buy it....they are totally useless for any purpose. I did that kind of experiment with small town geo attorney, geo lawyers etc. CPC is very high but you do not get any clicks.

How about those I have found available with:
a) 480 @ £13.77
b) 720 @ £8.30
c) 2400 @ £2.16

Going by interviews done previously with expert domainers online these are all heavyweights - would you buy based on there metrics?

The first example is bad. 3 words .com with 10 searches a month. It would receive 0 visitors per year.

The c) option could have Type in visitors, but approx. 3-5 a year. I have 2 word .com name with 10K searches and it receives 2-5 visitors per month. My 2 word .net with 110K searches receives approx. 10 visitors per month.

If you consider to make money with parking, I would not buy them if I were you.
