Coincidence? CIA Disbands Bin Laden Unit

Seems pretty coincidental that just after I read an article that the US made a deal to cut back on it's pursuit of Bin laden in return for info and the betrayal of Zarqawi in Iraq, the CIA has decided to disband it's "Bin Laden" unit due to the "changing nature" of Al Qaida.

EDIT: nm.. I see it happened late last year.. wondering if there's still a connection between the two events however.

As to the other article regarding Zarqawi.. I read that a day or so ago but can't recall where.
