ccTLD .co.uk... who is my registrar?

I have three .uk domains through Godaddy: one .org.uk, one .me.uk, and one .co.uk. I recently bought a .co.uk on Sedo and it was transferred through/(to?) Nominet.

Through a WHOIS search I see that the registrar for the new .co.uk I got through Sedo is Key-Systems, although they're also the registrar for the ones I have through Godaddy (odd, no?).

Where do I go to login to change the nameservers for my new domain?

It could mean that godaddy is acting as a reseller for Key-Systems, for that extension.
Check the whois at Nominet UK, it could be that the owner has been changed when you purchased the name, but the registrar hasn't. Then you should initiate transfer from a registrar of your choosing (could be godaddy).

The problem is that I do not know where the registrar has their control panel to change nameservers, apart from that it's listed as Key-Systems (a German company). There doesn't appear to be any login for Key-Systems on their site.

Through Nominet, I went to Your Domains --> Registrar Change --> Choose a Tag --> Goddaddy (typed in) but it said "The tag does not accept transfers. Please choose a different tag."

I prefer to transfer it to Godaddy, but I'd at the very least like to be able to change the nameservers. I don't see anyway I can do that through Nominet.

Also, when the purchased domain was transferred to me, I did not receive an option to change it away from Key-Systems to a registrar of my choice (odd, given I had received domains before and I had either the option of sending it to the current or a new registrar). I sent them an email as well but I'm just wondering if I'm overlooking something really simple...

Godaddy is to my knowledge a reseller of Key-Systems for various ccTLDs. Simply contact the support of key systems and ask them to push it to GoDaddy.
