.co.in/.in transfer problem

Hello,

I've been trying to transfer names from indomains.net to resellers.co.in. However it has failed and the following message appears
"The domain ...... is registered by Public Domain Registry as a Registrar. Can't execute a Transfer request for this Domain."

What does that mean? I've been told that indomains.net is a reseller of resellers.co.in, would that mean I cannot make a transfer? How about if i transfer to another directi reseller like whiz.in? Would that work?

You can make a free push.

Both resellers.co.in and whiz.in are reseller of Directi/ResellerClub Registrar, you can't make a transfer from one registrar to same registrar.
