Transfer of a .co.in domain

Has anyone transfered out of Whiz.in do you need to wait 60 days after a domain has been pushed/or had a email change at whiz.in

Just sold a domain and the buyer wants to transfer to eNom do eNom allow a co.in transfer into there system, can't find any details on there site.

The buyer wants the domain only to eNom which is annoying as creating a whiz.in account would have been less hassle and saved him some cash

Any help would be great
