co.ee? Please explain?

I am confused about this co.ee. Some people tell me that it is not valid/official, some people tell me it is a good investment. Can these names be parked anywhere? Does anyone own a co.ee and have a positive experience to share? What are your opinions on co.ee? By the way, I see co.ee being sold on eurodns.com. Thank you in advance.

.co.ee is definetly worthless, and its not a good looking domain! .co.ee just doesnt flow....
