.CN domains?? Help pls

whats up with them?

its like i got a couple domains i want to registrer .cn and some registrars show they are available and others dont... it seems like a mess

Certain numbers and words are banned, eg: 64, 89, sex and beijing 2008 olympic games related words.

Most registrars will allow you to register domains like 89a.cn or 64a.cn.

But they will be deleted by CNNIC the next day or two. So some registrars don't allow you to register such domains in the first place.
