I'm new to web development. I would like to start community web site. In this case it seems that portal development software like PHP-NUKE,XOOPS, MAMBO or something similar is the simplest way to do this. What I would like to implement is news, divided in some categories with ability for users to add their own, forum, some kind of classified, articles divided by categories.
What CMS engine seems to be the best from the following points of view :
1.Good support and big choice of modules.
2.Speed of operation.
3.Simplicity of use, customization and administration.
4.Seems to be mostly stable.
