Recipe site ideas?

Hey all,
My wife does a lot of whole wheat baking and gets requests for recipes all the time from freinds. She wants to put a website up but I'm not sure what the best method would be. I thought about Mambo but it seems a bit overwhelming when really I just would like to be able to have a database of recipes that can be pulled up, printed (perhaps reviewed). A user login wouldn't be necessary though not bad. Is there a simples CMS than Mambo that could get this done?
