Hello
I am new member of namepros and as well domain investor, i started my domain business 1 month and i have buy some domain and i listed my first domain at flippa and is going good but after some day i listed my 2nd domain at flippa than auction payment paid after click launch list button than message error this.."this domain listing suspended" when i ask flippa why they reply "this domain suspended before your listing if you know this domain or any relation tell"
And i reply i buy this domain some one from social network..
2 days no reply from flippa
Than today i request please refund my payment...and few hour i received mail from flippa your account banned due to multiple account operate..but they refund my $18 of two listing...
Please can any one tell me how can i solve my problem?

But why flippa doing this type of thing without any evidence and i already mail to flippa i give you all my detail with document...and flippa is good market for buy and selling..

Park your names on Undeveloped. Set them for sale on Sedo, GoDaddy and relax. Don't touch this company. My negative review says everything. Stay away for your mental health. All they know is to face you like a criminal. But you are not. You are a customer. And can use other company where you can interact NORMALLY.

Without saying the domain, how much help do you expect to receive?

Since you insist on being vague, I'll be vague in telling you there appears to be a recent example of a Flippa seller who appears to have had two Flippa accounts, then both accounts were banned, then one of the accounts was reinstated.

Without knowing the details of your complaint, it is unclear if they took the appropriate action in banning your account.

I disagree with you @Grilled. Permanent ban is not the only solution! It is not the first solution! You can just ask for scanned documents, and verify the seller. Then, delete one of his accounts and give him a warning. They don't try to communicate with you, that's the big problem.

Note: Rarely i give such a negative reviews. If this tell you something.

I'm telling you there is an existing an example of a Flippa seller that appears to have had two Flippa accounts, then Flippa banned both accounts, and shortly after Flippa reinstated one of the accounts while leaving the other banned. If Flippa extended this courtesy for one flippa seller, don't you think they should allow other flippa sellers the same option?

Do you disagree with my choice to remain vague with the example given? I could post screenshots [and links], so others [such as OP] can reference this example when asking Flippa to reconsider their account since there is precedent of Flippa doing this for others. But I'm not going to go to the trouble of posting such if OP wishes to remain vague with his/her complaint.

It appears there are three possibly linked banned accounts per the possible links to on ornamesbuy seller page.
